We offer a subcontract spark erosion service on work pieces up to 500 kg in weight. and are happy to utilise customers electrodes if required.
As well as this we also offer our own electrode manufacturing service.
The machine can be left to run around the clock offering the customer a competitive price for multi cavity or production work.
The four axis machine gives a guaranteed surface finish essential on many moulded parts and is an important alternative process when machining of deep ribs etc is required.
